Our Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Please contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order details
- A photo of the damage or defect
We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover all costs in this case.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area first, then contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and work out a resolution.
Change of Mind
Because our books are physical goods for children, we are not able to accept returns of opened or used items. If you change your mind before your order ships, contact us immediately and we will cancel and refund in full.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before your order ships. Simply email us with your order details.
International Orders
For international orders, we are unable to refund original shipping costs. In cases of damaged or defective items, we will replace or refund the book cost.
Pakistan orders: please be aware that tracking stops at Pakistan customs and delivery can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend shipping insurance on all Pakistan orders. Lost packages due to customs delays are outside our control, but please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your name, order details, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
